    Featuring a swimming pool, the 5-star The Marmara Antalya Hotel is located in the Eski Lara district of Antalya, 4.2 km from the Roman Hadrian's Gate. Some of the 152 rooms offer views of the sea and there is a Turkish steam room, a Jacuzzi, and a sauna on site.

    A private beach is 550 metres from the hotel. The Marmara will also take you to the Antalya Bazaar, which is 2.9 km away.

    The rooms come with a mini fridge bar, coffee and tea making equipment, as well as an LCD TV for guests' convenience. The rooms also feature a sofa bed. Bathroom amenities include a separate toilet and shower/tub combinations, along with comforts such as a hairdryer and shower caps.

    Drinks are available at the pool bar. The seafood restaurant Iskele Balik Pisiricisi is in close proximity to the Marmara Antalya.

    Review by hotel critic

    I recently spent two weeks at the Marmara, and it was a fascinating experience. The hotel's Californian-style aesthetic might seem unusual for Türkiye, but it certainly added a unique flair. The family-friendly atmosphere made it a great choice, especially with my kids in tow. Each morning, we enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfast, which kept everyone happy with its varied options. One highlight was the range of exercise classes available, which I attended a couple of times while my family explored nearby attractions. The kids particularly loved the pool, which was impeccably maintained, and we appreciated that it was cleaned nightly - always ready for a refreshing dip. While the hotel had its quirks-like our room's somewhat uncomfortable bed-the stunning views from our window kept the spirits high. We also enjoyed the lovely garden space between the hotel and the sea, which was a perfect spot for some downtime. The access to the beach was another plus, making it easy to spend lazy afternoons in the sun. The Marmara offered a memorable stay, and I'd recommend it to families looking for a mix of relaxation and activities.
