I recently spent two weeks at the Marmara, and it was a fascinating experience. The hotel's Californian-style aesthetic might seem unusual for Türkiye, but it certainly added a unique flair. The family-friendly atmosphere made it a great choice, especially with my kids in tow. Each morning, we enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfast, which kept everyone happy with its varied options. One highlight was the range of exercise classes available, which I attended a couple of times while my family explored nearby attractions. The kids particularly loved the pool, which was impeccably maintained, and we appreciated that it was cleaned nightly - always ready for a refreshing dip. While the hotel had its quirks-like our room's somewhat uncomfortable bed-the stunning views from our window kept the spirits high. We also enjoyed the lovely garden space between the hotel and the sea, which was a perfect spot for some downtime. The access to the beach was another plus, making it easy to spend lazy afternoons in the sun. The Marmara offered a memorable stay, and I'd recommend it to families looking for a mix of relaxation and activities.
